Get startedOur students practice leading teams by working together in a video game that simulates real world problems.
Our program will give your child the tools necessary to think critically, make decisions, and reflect.
During the program, students will explore the dynamics of working together, before we introduce them to a suite of leadership tools to deploy as appropriate.
We help shy students speak up and guide others to listen, ensuring everyone contributes and grows.
We support our students as they get involved, set boundaries for themselves and others, and find balance between speaking and listening.
Our students come from many countries across the world, and from various school backgrounds: private, public, and homeschool.
Students are grouped into small teams, creating close-knit communities where they regularly connect, and build friendships as they learn together.
During their time together, I witnessed Ala create a positive, supportive environment for my daughter. I was especially impressed that Ala was able to identify my daughter's strengths and help her develop further.
The Neptune program has been awesome for my daughter. She likes to attend because she is happy to work with other students and I am happy to have enrolled her to help engage her with other kids.
I have seen my son blossom into a leader, he has built more confidence, remembers the tasks and leads his team to win the challenges week after week.
